THE EXPEDITION: 

This unique time will allow you to experience “Spirit-led, worship-fed, corporate prayer” and, at the same time, learn how to reproduce it in your congregation.  It is a Prayer Summit Plus, in that we will give explanations, answer questions, supply resources, and address specific situations.  It will be a “show and tell” experience with some of the most experienced Prayer Summit facilitators.  The primary purpose of this time is to equip you as a leader in your local setting.

EXPEDITION GUIDES:

Dennis Fuqua - Executive Director, International Renewal Ministries 

Since 1989, God has graciously allowed IRM to help facilitate more than 1,800 Prayer Summits in over 25 countries and 40 states.  Dennis has been the director of IRM since 2000.  His leadership responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with the communities that are having or inquiring about Pastors' Prayer Summits, equipping and encouraging Prayer Summit facilitators, supporting Servant Leadership teams in summit communities, as well as teaching and preaching on topics related to prayer.  He has facilitated Prayer Summits since 1993.

Daniel Henderson - President, Strategic Renewal 

After spending 25 years in rewarding full-time pastoral ministry, Daniel is now full-time with Strategic Renewal.  He has personally provided leadership for over 40 local church prayer summits.   In 25 years of pastoral ministry, he has led thousands of weekly prayer times with groups ranging in size from 10 to 5,000.  During his years as a pastor, Daniel embraced what he calls the “bonfire” paradigm, focusing on one local church as a model to help ignite other churches in worship-based prayer.  Now he has more of a "brushfire" focus as he seeks to ignite fires of renewal across the country and around the world.

Phil Miglioratti - Founder, National Pastors' Prayer Network

Phil has a passion to equip Pastors and Prayer Leaders to become prayer champions in their congregation and community. He pastored for 19 years before embarking on a mission to connect people to God through corporate prayer.

CLIMBING PARTY:

Sr. pastors (or Sr. ministry leaders), their spouse, and the staff they invite.  We believe the Sr. pastor (or Sr. ministry leader) is essential to incorporate prayer into their congregation.  Because the focus of this time will be to equip people to facilitate summit-styled prayer in congregations and other ministry settings, we believe his/her presence is vitally important.
