Our pastoral coaching ministry continues to grow. We recently were able to partner with a national denomination to coach over 40 of their lead pastors. Watch below as Todd Fetters, Bishop of The United Brethren In Christ, shares how their pastors have seen their churches transformed through our coaching.
You will also hear from Pastor Andy Snider of Radiant Church in Austin, TX. Andy was a 13-year seminary professor, now lead pastor, who continues to grow in his understanding and leadership in prayer due to our prayer coaching experience.
This has been the most unexpected and unprecedented year yet for all of us. Fortunately, we were able to utilize social media and digital platforms to not only sustain but increase our ministry impact throughout the pandemic — reaching new audiences with the life-giving reality of Scripture-fed, Spirit-led, worship-based prayer.
Our expansion into the Philippines started with 10 key pastors that help coordinate over 7,000 pastors in the country and spent time training together on “scripture- fed, spirit-led, worship based prayer.” They initially were going through Old Paths New Power, by Daniel Henderson, and then we were able to give them access to our eCourse. These 10 pastors have been trained and are now sharing in their regions with the goal to have all 7,000 pastors coached in the prayer paradigm.
